Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Paul Lambert is a board certified plastic surgeon, who joined Hallmark Plastic Surgery in Winchester, Virginia, which was founded in 1988. A native of Miami, Florida, he completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University. For his medical degree, Dr. Lambert attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.
After medical school, he finished a competitive six-year general surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. This was followed by a two-year plastic surgery residency at PennState Hershey Medical Center.
Clinical Research
Research has been a consistent part of Dr. Lambert's professional life. During his general surgery residency, he spent one year pursuing breast cancer research. As a result, he has presented numerous papers in surgical journals. He has also been an active speaker and presenter for a number of surgical societies. Dr. Lambert's research has earned several awards and grants, which allow him to continue this work.

While opening his own plastic surgery practice at Hallmark Plastic Surgery, Dr. Lambert worked at the Winchester Medical Center. There he served as the Medical Director of the Wound Care Center for five years. Maintaining his own practice gives him an excellent opportunity to bring his skills and unique specialties to a wide range of patients.
Dr. Lambert has been highly trained with extensive experience in many of the most requested plastic surgery procedures. In addition to his expertise in many elective procedures, he also provides the skilled reconstruction techniques that are needed by patients who have been affected by trauma or cancer.
